How does the selection process work?

Our assessment is based on selectig applicants with the right motivation, soft skills and potential. For this, we have created a selection process to get to know you and find out if you're the right fit for the role. Here is a broad overview of the selection:

  1. Introduction Interview

    A short on-site or online interview where we get to know you and tell you about our company and the role you’re applying for.

  2. Talent Assessment

    Tests and assignments to find your strengths and weaknesses, based on technical skills, personality and soft skills.

  3. Final Interview

    Based on the introduction interview and the assessment, we’ll discuss the results with you and provide feedback. Together, we look at the role and if you could excel in it.

Aufgaben

Du bist technisch versiert, trittst souverän beim Kunden auf und hast Freude daran, moderne EDR-Lösungen von der Beratung bis zur Integration mitzugestalten? Als Cybersecurity Consultant (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf ESET EDR begleitest du unsere Kunden durch den gesamten Projektzyklus – von der Pre-Sales-Beratung über Designentscheidungen bis hin zur Implementierung.

Du arbeitest für unsere Kunden mit folgenden Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Technische Unterstützung in Pre- und Post-Sales-Projekten bei Kunden: von der Bedarfsanalyse über die Konzeption bis zur Implementierung
  • Aufbau, Integration und Betrieb von EDR-Lösungen in komplexen Kundenumgebungen – Air-Gapped, On-Premises, Hybrid oder Cloud
  • Erstellung technischer Konzepte, Sicherheitsarchitekturen und Betriebshandbücher
  • Beratung unserer Kunden zu Best Practices in Endpoint Security sowie zu angrenzenden Themen wie Netzwerksegmentierung, SIEM-Integration, IAM oder Business Continuity Management
  • Möglichkeit zur Mitarbeit in weiteren Bereichen der Cyber Security, z. B. IAM, SIEM, Network Detection & Response, Cyber-Ausbildungen oder Schwachstellenmanagement

Voraussetzungen

Um in dieser Stelle zu glänzen, solltest du folgende fachliche Qualifikationen mitbringen:

  • Erfahrung mit Endpoint Security-Technologien; Kenntnisse im Bereich EDR von Vorteil
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, Betriebssysteme (Windows/Linux) und Netzwerksicherheit
  • Motivation, sich in komplexe Security-Technologien einzuarbeiten – gezielte Einarbeitung durch interne Ausbildung ist Teil des Onboardings
  • Erfahrung mit Kundenprojekten, Implementierung oder Betrieb von Security Tools
  • Vorteilhaft: Zertifizierungen im Bereich IT-Security oder EDR (z. B.GIAC, CompTIA, Certified ESET Managed Client Security Specialist / Professional etc.)
  • Vorteilhaft: Erfahrung mit Grosskunden im Bereich Finance und Government

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu präsentieren
